The Lord’s Supper is an ordinance of Jesus Christ that signifies the broken body and shed blood of Christ; And it was given to the church as a means for us to give thanks for, remember, and proclaim Christ’s death; To presently commune with him, create unity within churches, and as an occasion for self examination.
